Our Five Year Guarantee

We are so confident about our quality of service and care that we are prepared to offer our five year promise to replace any failing veneer, crown or bridge within five years of treatment for any reason provided the following conditions are met:

1.  This promise is made on the understanding that all patients have completed ALL treatment recommendations.  This would include, but is not limited to, the completion and use of any night guard appliances or other appliances that are recommended to protect against grinding or bruxism. Compliance, & the use, of the appliance will need to be established by Dr. Taylor.

2.  Completion of at least two (some patients may be recommended for more) dental cleanings and physicals each year in our office.   

3.  Restorations will not be guaranteed that have been damaged by additional dental treatment required (i.e., root canals or gums surgery).
